To complement your traditional highland experience, you must taste a meal prepared in a country kitchen, where authentic, locally sourced meals such as classic Sri Lankan hoppers, coconut roti, roast bread with fiery Sri Lankan Chicken Curry are prepared in a firewood hearth. Enjoy a warm meal in the cool climes, prepared with cooking techniques passed down for generations as the aroma of authentic Sri Lankan food fills the mountain air.
